Bill Albright
Bill Albright has a professional career in the construction and real estate industry dating back to 2000. He is a co-owner of CapVest LLC and several other real estate holding companies and has overseen the construction of more than 1,450 multifamily units and $340 million of real estate projects nationally. Bill specializes in real estate development, investment property construction/financing, and project management. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. Bill grew up building with his family and continued doing so through college. Over the past 20 years he has been the VP of a large development/construction company for 13 and owner of a development/construction consulting company for seven.

Paul is is both a co-founder and co-owner of CapVest LLC and the President and Owner of RainMaster Lawn Systems, an irrigation company with a well-known reputation for outstanding customer service. Since the late 1990s, Paul has proven his dedication to helping people, whether it’s exceeding his customers’ expectations or coaching and growing his team. With over 45 employees, two branch locations, four lines of business and multiple acquisitions under his belt, Paul has proven that he also excels at strategic growth.

Trevor Bohland
Trevor is the CEO of CapVest LLC, and prior to joining the company in 2019, had a successful 24-year career in banking, serving as President and CEO of United Bank. Under his leadership, the bank streamlined and increased the profitability of lending operations, maximized revenue, executed organization’s strategic vision and goals. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, a Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, and completion of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.

Brett Burkhart is the Chief Operating Officer of CapVest, LLC. Brett’s background spans multiple industries, beginning in architecture before starting a software development company. Following the successful merger into another software development and marketing agency, he helped drive strategy throughout a rapidly growing manufacturing organization. Brett’s primary objectives at CapVest are to drive quality and profitability that exceed our company’s goals, and to champion the development, implementation and continuous improvement of organizational protocols, practices, and tools.

As a partner at CapVest, LLC, Nick combines his operational expertise with a strategic vision for growth. Transitioning from project management to ownership, he is committed to driving innovation, operational efficiency, and a steadfast focus on quality. Roddy Wekkin
Roddy Wekkin oversees the property management portfolio at CapVest, LLC. Prior to joining CapVest, Roddy spent time managing a portfolio of retail properties in the Twin Cities and working throughout the Midwest on real estate transactions with a local Home Improvement retailer. With over a decade of real estate experience in both the multifamily and commercial real estate industries, Roddy has the professional expertise to execute management strategies and enhance operational efficiencies that drive growth. Roddy has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout in Property Management & Business Administration. He is also a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
