Bill Albright
Bill Albright has a professional career in the construction and real estate industry dating back to 2000. He is a co-owner of CapVest LLC and several other real estate holding companies and has overseen the construction of more than 1,450 multifamily units and $340 million of real estate projects nationally. Bill specializes in real estate development, investment property construction/financing, and project management. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. Bill grew up building with his family and continued doing so through college. Over the past 20 years he has been the VP of a large development/construction company for 13 and owner of a development/construction consulting company for seven.

Paul Madsen is the President and Owner of RainMaster Lawn Systems, an irrigation company with a well-known reputation for outstanding customer service. Paul was also the President and Owner of Service First, a full-service plumbing company. Paul started both businesses from the ground up with a dedication to helping people. Since the late 1990s, Paul has proven his dedication to helping people, whether it is exceeding his customers’ expectations, or coaching and growing his team. With over 45 employees, two branch locations, four lines of business and multiple acquisitions under his belt, Paul has proven that he also excels at strategic growth. In addition to his service business lines, Paul is co-owner in CapVest LLC. Paul holds many irrigation and real estate related licenses and certifications.
Trevor Bohland

Trevor Bohland
Trevor Bohland is the CEO of CapVest LLC. Prior to joining ECR in 2019, Trevor had a successful 24-year career in banking serving as President and CEO of United Bank. Under his leadership the bank streamlined and increased the profitability of lending operations, maximized revenue, executed organization’s strategic vision and goals, provided oversight of risk management, and ensured strong future growth. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and master’s degree studies at the University of St. Thomas. In addition, Trevor completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
