Capital Investment Partners Ceremonial Groundbreaking at The Current

Capital Investment Partners celebrated a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site of The Current housing development in River Falls, Wisconsin, on Thursday, June 28, 2023. The owner group and investors were joined by the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of River Falls, as well as financing, subcontractors, and architectural and engineering firms to celebrate the event.

The residential development will consist of 105 units in a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and is located on the north side of River Falls near the corner of Paulson and Radio Road. The development also includes a conservancy area, walking trails, fitness center, on-site leasing office, direct access to regional bike trail, and community park.
