Capital Investment Partners Ceremonial Groundbreaking at LockTight Storage

Capital Investment Partners celebrated a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site of LockTight Storage in River Falls, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The owner group and investors were joined by the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of River Falls, as well as others to celebrate the event.

The 5-acre site will include 454 mini-warehouses ranging from 50sf to 300sf. Construction has begun and units will be available in the spring of 2024.
