Bill Albright has a professional career in the construction and real estate industry dating back to 2000. He is a co-owner of CapVest LLC and several other real estate holding companies and has overseen the construction of more than 1,450 multifamily units and $340 million of real estate projects nationally. Bill specializes in real estate development, investment property construction/financing, and project management. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. Bill grew up building with his family and continued doing so through college. Over the past 20 years he has been the VP of a large development/construction company for 13 and owner of a development/construction consulting company for seven.
