Capital Investment Partners Ceremonial Groundbreaking at Estover Terrace

Capital Investment Partners celebrated a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site of the Estover Terrace housing development in Menomonie, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. The owner group and investors were joined by the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Menomonie, as well as financing, subcontractors, and architectural and engineering firms to celebrate the event.

Estover Terrace is a 30-acre residential development in the City of Menomonie and is currently under construction. The neighborhood will include six single family homes, 14 twin homes, and 136 multi-family homes on the southeast side of Menomonie. Homes will become available early in 2024.
