Campfire Crossing

Campfire Crossing is a multi-family housing development which was completed in 2012. The market-rate project consists of 42 total units and all rentals feature 3-bedrooms, 2 baths, and oversized 2-car garages, which are all set within an attractive rural development. The neighborhood included having the property re-zoned for multi-family housing in the township. Several years after the development was completed and fully leased it was sold to a real estate investment company.
