Project Highlights
3115 Oak Knoll Dr. was purchased as a renovation project with the intention of dividing the property for an additional building. The new building was a custom build for a Head Start program aimed at preschool age children. The new facility is 8,000 sq. ft. and was completed in 2020. The parcel has great visibility at the intersection of an interstate and state highway.
