Staff Earns Designation

Congratulations to Roddy Wekkin and Emily James on the Property Management Team for earning the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The process includes completing certification courses covering fundamentals in residential property management and ethics then passing the ARM Certification Exam. Successful candidates must apply and be approved to receive the professional certification.
