Roddy Wekkin oversees the property management portfolio at CapVest, LLC. Prior to joining CapVest, Roddy spent time managing a portfolio of retail properties in the Twin Cities and working throughout the Midwest on real estate transactions with a local Home Improvement retailer. With over a decade of real estate experience in both the multifamily and commercial real estate industries, Roddy has the professional expertise to execute management strategies and enhance operational efficiencies that drive growth. Roddy has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout in Property Management & Business Administration. He is also a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
