Project Highlights
London Road Apartments is a market rate multi-family housing development fit into an infill lot in the Town of Washington near Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It was designed to make the most efficient use of the lot and construction was completed in 2020. The 16-unit development consists of one and two bedroom apartments and was completely leased almost immediately, and once completed, sold very quickly.
