Project Highlights
Woodland Ridge is a market rate multi-family housing development. Construction completed in 2014, and contains 24 total units consisting of 2 & 3-bedroom apartments, and is located adjacent to Menomonie Middle School and near the UW Stout campus. Once this development was completed and leased, it was sold to a real estate investor.
